Pisao je i Poliquin o ovome na svojoj stranici... Uglavnom, dosta zajebana stvar. BPA stvara ksenoestrogene, tvari koje se u tijelu ponasaju kao estrogeni, kod muskaraca narusavaju hormonalnu ravnotezu, unistavaju spermije, itd... U kolikoj mjeri se to zaista dogada, ne znam.

Pise ti obidji samo ove plastike Dangerous Plastics to Avoid - 3, 6, 7

A samo plastiku 5 mozes stalno koristiti,dok 1,2,4 su jednokratne

plastika 5 (PP) tipovi su oni standardni bidoni i shakeri (bar moji jesu), a plastika 2 (HDPE) su kante od suplemenata. Neznam što bi točno značilo kad kažu jednokratno korištenje za ove 2 tipove plastika tj. kanti od suplemenata, nije valjda da ću još tribat i pribacivat whey u staklenke od zimnice Razz

vrlo zanimljiva tema, nažalost teško se branit od svega, ali već razmišljam da se prebacim na bočicu od nehrđajučeg čelika, toliko bar mogu učinit za sebe Smile

to je PET ambalaža ili plastika tip 1 koja bi se tribala uporabiti jedan put i onda baciti, i ne izlagati je previše suncu i velikim temperaturama jer onda počne ispuštat taj BPA.

Prema onom gore linku, samo jos PVC ambalaza koristi BPA. PET i ostala ne, dakle nema problema.

Znaci mogu pit iz boce od jane, coca cole itd? Mogu koristit jednu te istu bocu tjedan dana?
